At this time, FTH Wholesale ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, FTH Wholesale ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping: Domestic shipments will ship by UPS ground and will be insured. The ship time from Oklahoma can range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select is always available at your request. Our shipping rates are very, very reasonable. The shipping rate will be based on the lowest UPS rates. To calculate the exact amount we must know the exact weight and shipping location, including zip code. Companies that quote an up front shipping rate are always padding the cost for their own protection. We prefer to charge the lowest rates which can only be calculated after the order is processed. The vast majority of packages that we ship range between $10 - $20. Some exceptions would be Air Packages, larger or heavier packages. Also please note if you are paying by COD UPS charges an extra $9.00 fee for the handling the transaction. Cashier's Check and Money Order are the only payments for COD.
- Sales Tax: FTH Wholesale does not charge sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site unless you are in Oklahoma and have failed to provide us with a sales tax permit. We base this on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
- Return Policy: If an item is defective or if we have made a mistake, we will always gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of your order. Just put it in a box and ship it back with your information. We DO NOT accept returns for any other reasons.
Very Important Note: The return shipping fee is paid by the customer. The credit for the merchandise will be applied to you next order. Please include your daytime phone number and a copy of your invoice as well as who you talked with in the return package so we can issue the credit to the correct account.
