Welcome, new customers!
We are so glad you have chosen us as your wholesale jewelry company.
To create your account, please:
- Complete the following New Customer Application form and Sales Tax Exempt form (if applicable).
- Email completed forms to sales@fthwholesale.com and allow 1-2 business days to complete the creation of your account.
- All customers must own or manage a retail business and each order must meet a $75 minimum prior to checkout. Once your your account is created and verified, we will process your first order.
